The delivery time depends on the origin and destination of your parcel.

From Metropolitan France :

• 48 hours or 2 working days to Metropolitan France and Monaco
• 5 to 22 days (indicative time, excluding customs processing) to Overseas France. The delivery time depends on the offer chosen (Colissimo Eco OM or Colissimo OM) and the Overseas destination of your shipment.
• 3 to 8 days (indicative time, excluding customs processing): to international destinations. To find out more, please consult La Poste's international delivery time calculator.

La Poste makes every effort to respect these delivery times. However, an incident beyond our control may cause a delay, for example in the event of exceptional bad weather or an incident related to the shipment (damage due to insufficient packaging, illegible or incomplete address, etc.).
